OUR PHILOSOPHY

TO HELP AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE USING SAFE, NATURAL AND EFFECTIVE approach

From a young age, Dr. Weiwu Wang demonstrated a passion to help others and he knew he would be in the healthcare profession. After completed his extensive training in China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (CACMS) and residency in CACMS affiliate hospitals (Guang’anmen Hospital and Xiyuan Hospital), he continued to further his professional journey by pursuing modern medicine studies in Karolinska Institute Sweden in 2004.

Those extensive experiences in both Chinese and Western medicine gives him a unique perspective that allows him to deliver the best possible care to all his patients.  He also realized he would never be fulfilled working in a hospital setting, where therapeutically touching patients was prohibited, and the administration of pharmaceutical drugs was the norm.

In 2011, Dr. Wang founded Amedicin Sweden. The clinic focuses on complementary and alternative medicine (CAM) by integrating traditional oriental healing art and western medical modalities to provide people more extensive and effective healthcare choices. He combines the best of Eastern and Western medical knowledge to deliver superior care for a variety of health concerns, including pain management, infertility, circulation disorders, and much more (read more in treatments).

Today, Amedicin Sweden has helped thousands of patients worldwide to heal while making genuine, long-lasting changes. Impressed by Dr. Wang’s superb medical skills and the amazing healing power of CAM, some patients committed to follow him and be his apprentices.

In addition to running his private practice, Dr. Wang is also serving as honorary professor in Chinese universities, Vice President of Emergency Committee of World TCM Federation, and member of medical societies in China and Sweden. Dr. Wang’s mission is to help as many people as possible achieve optimum health, avoid the diseases so prevalent throughout our society today, and educate the community on health care topics.
