Vitamin D3

Vitamin D3 is a fat-soluble vitamin which enhances bone health and strength, and promotes bone healing and repair. It promotes bone mineralisation processes such as supporting dietary calcium absorption and increasing calcium metabolism in bones.
Vitamin D3 supplementation helps to prevent the dietary deficiency of Vitamin D. Good dietary sources of Vitamin D are mushrooms, cod liver oil, fatty fish, eggs and cheese.
Easy to take in chewable tablet form
Great-tasting cherry, orange, and fruit punch flavors.

Vitamin C

Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) is used as a dietary supplement when the amount of ascorbic acid in the diet is not enough. People most at risk for ascorbic acid deficiency are those with a limited variety of foods in their diet, or those with intestinal malabsorption problems from cancer or kidney disease. Ascorbic acid is also used to prevent and treat scurvy (a disease that causes fatigue, gum swelling, joint pain, and poor wound healing from a lack of vitamin C in the body). Ascorbic acid is in a class of drugs called antioxidants. It is needed by the body to help wounds heal, to enhance absorption of iron from plant foods, and to support the immune system. It acts as an antioxidant, protecting your cells against free radicals that may play a role in heart disease, cancer and other diseases.
